Terms and Conditions

Box Office Sales

Tickets can be booked in person at the theatre, over the telephone, or online. We accept all major credit cards, except for American Express. Please note that we are unable to accept cash.

E-tickets

The North Wall operates an e-ticketing system. When you book tickets online, you will be sent a link to your tickets in the confirmation email. Download these tickets, save them to your device or print-at-home.

When you arrive at the venue, have them ready to be checked by one of our Front Of House team. If you are unable to save the tickets to your device, or print them, please go to the Box Office who will be able to check you in.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

Unable to come to a performance? Let us know no later than 24 hours before the show starts. If the show has sold out, we will try to sell your ticket on to the waiting list and refund you.

If we are unable to re-sell your ticket, we will offer to exchange your ticket for an upcoming performance, or issue a credit voucher.

Reservations

Tickets can be reserved up to 48 hours before a performance. The North Wall box office will hold reservations for 48 hours, and if not paid for within that time, will be released back on sale.

Group Bookings

For certain shows, one free ticket will be offered for every ten tickets booked.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • A reservation of more than 10 tickets is seen as a confirmed commitment to attend a performance by your group. In the event of cancellation of 50% or more of the tickets booked at any time after the reservation date, you will be charged a fee equating to 50% of the price of the tickets affected.
  • In addition any payment not received by the agreed ‘due by’ date will result in tickets being released for sale elsewhere.

Latecomers Policy

Customers are advised that latecomers are admitted at the discretion of the visiting company and of the front of house manager. Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable moment in the performance before being permitted to access their seats; or asked to sit in alternative seats until the interval.

Ticket Pricing

In Autumn 2023, we introduced a new Pay What You Choose pricing structure for selected shows, where audience members can choose which ticket price to pay, based on what they can afford. The options available are:

  • the Standard ticket price
  • Pay Less – for those who are unable to pay the standard ticket price
  • Pay More – for those who can afford to “pay it forward” and help us to subsidise tickets for those who need them

Children

Babes-in-arms (children aged under 2) are welcome at family theatre performances. Please select a free “Under 2 Lap Ticket” when booking online. Children aged 2-17 years old require their own ticket, which will be at full price, unless a child’s ticket is available at the time of booking.
